Reservation terms

• Minimum stay: 7 nights.
• Check-in: from 16:00 PM. Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
• Pool villa Stefanos: operational from 15 April to 15 October, depending on weather conditions.

Amenities – mandatory

• Electricity fee: 0,40 Euro per kWh . At your arrival we write down the electricity meter position and shortly before your departure we calculate your personal consumption. Payment in cash upon departure.

Amenities – optional

• Set baby cot, high chair and baby bath: 4 Euro per night.

Taxes – mandatory

Additional charges, to be collected in cash during check-in:

• Climate crisis resilience tax: 10 Euro per day.

Payment terms

• The reservation is validated with receipt of the first payment of 50 % of the rental amount by bank transfer.
• The final payment of 50 % of the rental amount is due 75 days before arrival. You will receive a payment request by mail in due time.

Cancellation

• 100% refund (minus the bank fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in and no-show.
